• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Parkly.

• Parkly is an independent third-party app that provides parking convenience tools including session tracking, vehicle management, and parking zone information for the UAE.
• Parkly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any UAE municipality, RTA, or government parking authority.
• Information provided is for reference only and may not reflect real-time changes to parking rules, rates, or zones.

• You are responsible for verifying all parking rules, rates, and regulations at the actual parking location.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws and parking regulations.
• You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the app.

• All content, design, graphics, and code within Parkly are the intellectual property of Parkly and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without prior written consent.
• The Parkly name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

• Parkly offers optional in-app purchases (e.g. Parkly Pro) processed through the Apple App Store.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• Prices are subject to change. You will be informed of the current price before completing any purchase.
• You can restore previous purchases at any time through the app's settings.

• Your use of Parkly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the app settings.
• Location data is used solely for parking zone detection and the "I Parked Here" feature, and is not shared with third parties.
• We may collect anonymized usage data to improve the app experience.

• Parkly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any parking fines, penalties, towing, or damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the app.
• In no event shall Parkly's total liability exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the preceding 12 months.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
